What are the requirements for participation?

You must be a legal resident of the United States, Canada, or United Kingdom, and you must be at least 13 years of age at the time of registration. By joining, you also agree to our terms of service.

How do I complete an offer?

Click on any of the offers on the Members Area and complete the instructions for that particular offer. When you are finished with the offer, click on "Mark as Completed". Once we have verified that you have completed the offer correctly, we credit your account accordingly, usually within 24 hours. Occasionally, some offers may take up to two weeks to be confirmed, so please be patient.

Must I give my real information when completing surveys and offers?

Yes. Companies are paying users to collect important demographic information. Giving false information is fraud, and will result in termination of your Free Cash Cafe membership.

Is my information safe?

Yes. In fact, you are not required to give out any sensitive information (i.e. banking information, credit card information, social security number, etc) to register and start earning.

How much money can I earn here?

Users can typically earn over a hundred dollars by participating only in the free offers, which only ask for basic information such as your name, email address, zipcode, etc. If you choose to participate in trial offers as well, then your earning potential from doing offers is far greater. With our daily surveys and referral commission program, there is no limit to how much money you can make here at the Free Cash Cafe.

When do I receive credit for completing an offer?

An administrator will check once every 24 hours to award credit to all the users for successfully completed offers. We award credit when the advertiser confirms with us that they received a fully and correctly completed offer from you. However, some advertisers do take longer to report results, so some offers may take up to two weeks to credit. Please be patient and only redo the offer if you feel that you made an error or did it incorrectly the first time.

Can I do the same offer multiple times?

You can receive credit for offers only one time per offer. The only exception are the daily surveys, which can be done once every 24 hours. Keep in mind that new offers are being added all the time, so if you run out of offers to do, check back for new offers.

Can I create multiple accounts?

No. In fact, each household is only allowed one account. You may refer your friends and family only if they live in a different household, and you cannot be sharing the same computer. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is a necessary measure to prevent fraud.

How/When do I get paid?

We mail checks to our members approximately 15 days after the end of the month. So if you earned $50 in January, you should expect your check to arrive in the mail towards the end of February. To receive your check you must have at least $7 USD earned in your account. If your balance at the end of the month is less than $7, then your current balance will be carried over to the next month.

Do I pay tax on my earnings here?

Only if you earn over $600 USD with us, then you will have to mail in a W-9 form. See here for more details.
